No small business thrives for 30 years without the support of its community. To show our profound gratitude, we try to demonstrate that we believe community involvement is just as important as our daily job.
We have thoroughly enjoyed a Habitat woman-build; Salvation Army Red Ribbon campaign; making meals for Cultivate; teaching at the Young Entrepreneur Academy; planting a Boys & Girls Club garden; involving ourselves with DownTown South Bend and the Food Bank of Northern Indiana; serving on advisory boards for Workforce Development, the American Red Cross, The Salvation Army, the Samaritan Center, Bridges Advisory Council, and Church Community Services.

We are a boutique firm - small enough that you’ll be noticed; careful about which job orders we’ll take and which candidates will go into our database. We’re located conveniently between South Bend and Elkhart near Penn High School. If you prefer to apply in person so that you can see us for yourselves, our office hours are 8-5 Monday through Thursday and 8-4 on Fridays. (Interviews are always by selection and appointment.)
