This is a temp to direct hire opportunity working from 7:30am- 4:30pm as Office Assistant in a corporate office setting. Will be answering phones, greeting anyone who comes in to the office, sorting and routing mail, operating office equipment. Duties also include assisting with benefits administration and participating in recruitment process by maintaining applications and recruiting efforts. Will maintain company organizational charts, reports and personnel files. Must have knowledge of AS400 systems Microsoft, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook experience; human resources experience ideal.
