The Director of Work Order and Project Operations has overall responsibility for this contractor's growing facility management work order and special projects service lines, including standard maintenance work orders, emergency/on-call work orders, and multi-location special projects such as facility renovations & upgrades and store re-imaging. Works closely with clients, sales, marketing, quality control, and accounting teams to meet company standards, increase client satisfaction, and to grow service lines. Will manage internal team as well as field crews. Strong management skills and experience (construction project management ideal) as well as understanding of financial principles will be required. Pay will be set based on experience.
