Personnel Partners is a locally-owned staffing firm founded in 1993. Offices in Elkhart and South Bend provide area businesses with administrative, clerical and office employees for a variety of hourly positions. Owners Joan and Randy Rhoade and Area Manager Lisa Hammel brought many years of industry and financial experience to the company and are actively involved in its operation.

We are members of the American Staffing Association, as well as local chambers of commerce and professional human resources organizations. Personnel Partners has been awarded the Woman-owned Business Enterprise minority supplier designation from the Indiana Department of Administration. All staff members involved in interviewing and placement activities hold a Certified Staffing Professional designation. The company's staff averages more than 10 years' experience; far above the industry average of one year.

Our staff believes in giving back to the communities who have been so supportive of our business. Individually and as a group, staff members have become involved in local organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Feed the Children, WorkOne Board of Directors, Elkhart Samaritan Center Board of Directors, the Red Cross (Good Neighbor Award), Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Monroe Circle Community Center, and the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy.
