Attendance
You are expected to report to work every day that you are scheduled. Your work is very important to our client’s success (and to yours)
regardless of the nature or the length of an assignment, and should be treated as such. If an emergency causes you to miss work or run late
to work, YOU MUST CALL BOTH THE CLIENT TO WHICH YOU ARE ASSIGNED, AND PERSONNEL PARTNERS. Because we have a
24-hour answering service, any no-call, no-show day may be cause for termination. An absence without proof of reason or otherwise
unexcused may also be cause for termination. Failure to complete the work assigned due to unexcused absences, or failure to comply with
any other attendance rules set by the client to which you are assigned may also be cause for termination.
You can reach us after hours at 574-234-2115 or 574-262-1960. Choose the after-hours voice mail that leaves a message we will receive
immediately on opening the office, and use the phone number you were given for contacting the client directly as well.
Pre-scheduled appointments which may cause you to miss work should be discussed both with Personnel Partners' staff and your on-site
supervisor for approval.
Treating your assignment with the same courtesy you would give any permanent job helps you and the staffing industry to maintain the
level of respect deserved and enhances the reputation for professionalism that Personnel Partners' employees have earned.
