Personnel Partners is a locally-owned staffing firm founded in 1993. Offices in Elkhart and
South Bend provide area businesses with administrative, clerical and office employees.
Owners Joan and Randy Rhoade brought many years of industry and financial experience to
the company and are actively involved in its operation. Area Manager Margaret Burns has
managed placement activities for over 13 years. Our organization's staff averages more than
10 years' experience; far above the industry average of one year.
